On your device. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I export my dreams?

Settings → Data → Export. Choose JSON (full data) or Markdown (human-readable).

How do I import dreams from a previous backup?

Settings → Data → Import → choose a JSON file.

My alarm didn’t go off — what should I do?

Make sure notifications are allowed for Dream Journal in iOS Settings, and that the alarm switch is on. The first alarm of a fresh install sometimes needs a permission grant — check Settings → Notifications → Dream Journal.

How do I disable analytics?

Settings → Privacy → Share usage data → off. No anonymous statistics or crash reports are sent after this.

How do I restart the introduction tour?

Settings → Support → View introduction again.
